1) No Growth : Major Sign to leave your job
You’ve been at your job for a while and you’re not seeing any growth opportunities. Whether it’s that you’re stuck in a dead-end position or that the company is going nowhere, it might be time to make some changes. Leaving your job can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be! This is just one of the many reasons why we should all be mindful to quit job when things feel off. Communication is essential to making your work day productive and efficient, so if you’re not getting what you need in this area then it may be time to leave your job and find a new company where the top-down communication style works for you.
4) No Respect or Reward for Good Work Done
The first sign that it might be time to leave your job is if you feel like the good work you do. Is never rewarded or appreciated. The second sign is if you feel like your boss isn’t listening and doesn’t seem to care about what you have to say. The third sign that it might be time to leave your job is if you find yourself resenting the people who are below you in rank.
